• Kids under 3 are free
• Reduced tickets for UAE residents can be bought on-site
• Not suitable for pregnant women, guests w/ neck/back/joint/heart issues or physically limiting conditions
• Food, beverages, glassware, alcohol not allowed
• Kids -13 need to be accompanied by an adult
• Guests w/ casts/bandages/contagious diseases are not permitted
• Open daily from 10:00 until sunset
• Splashers Cove closed for maintenance from 07th September - 09th October 2023
• The Trident Ticket gives access straight to the gate.
• Towels, lockers, AquaXpress, or meal deals are available to purchase inside the park----------Swimwear:
• Speedos, one or two-piece swimsuits, burkinis, and rashguards are the only acceptable types of swim attire
• Abayas, sarees, long shirts or pants, undergarments, street clothes, cotton clothes, and see-through items may not be worn in the water and on the rides and attractions
• Show your mobile or printed ticket at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza
• Life jackets are available at towel rental locations and are required for all swimmers under 48"/1.20m
• Appropriate swimwear is required – thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdasha or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves are only permitted if properly secured without any loosely flowing material
• Guests must be at least 1.20m tall to ride the Tower of Neptune and Tower of Poseidon rides

A full refund will apply if you cancel more than a day before the activity start time.
